Can I Cancel My SSL Certificate

SSL certificates are purchased and generated for a set period of time, similar to domain name registrations. These are processed via a third party, Comodo etc, and cannot be reversed or refunded once issued.

However, if the SSL certificate has not yet been issued (common while the certificate is pending completion), the purchase can be cancelled. To do this, just get in touch with our Billing team via a Support Request.
